Location

The Hampton Cemetery and its twin, the Winebarger Cemetery, are situated on the Johnson County, TN and Ashe County, NC line off of Pine Mountain Road. They are enclosed in the same fence. There is an empty area along the state line separating the two cemeteries. The following transcription is for the Hampton Cemetery only.
