Located on Sam Johnson Rd in Forge Creek area of Johnson County, Tennessee.

Note: In Upon A Lonely Hill, the two ends of this cemetery (then unfenced) were listed as two separate cemeteries. This is actually one cemetery, now fenced. Lillie's husband is buried on a nearby ridge in the Andrew Johnson Cemetery.
