Located off Fall Branch Road, Johnson County, Tennessee.
Fall Branch Road, located above curve at high point of the road. (Property records list this as the Lewis Cemetery 056-065.01. USGS topo has Smith Cemetery. Burials based upon the family of John C. Smith, although the earliest marked internment is of a Lewis.
