North side of Forge Creek Road, turn up a steep driveway next to Holly Meadow Drive. This provides access to Potter Hollow and the former Potter and later Ephraim Osborne farm. The cemetery access is along a logging road on the right overlooking a group of three mobile homes. The property is owned by Norman Woodard.

[Originally buried in the Ephraim Osborne Cemetery, reburied elsewhere by the family (per phone conversation with Norman Woodard).
Daniel Fred Woodard, son of Mr. & Mrs. Fred Woodard, Shouns Community, born Oct. 27, 1944, died March 17, at 4 p.m. He was four months and 20 days old.
Surviving are the parents, six brothers and one sister.
Funeral services were held at the home on Sunday the 18th at 2:30 p.m. with the Rev. Noah Riddle officiating. Burial was made in the Osborne Cemetery, Shouns, with Donnelly Funeral Home in charge.
