Bastardy

In this Cause Solomon Younce having been Solemny called to come into Court as he was this day bound to do to answer the State of Tennessee and Chany Trivett on a charge of Bastardy Exhibition against him, Came not but makes default. It is therefore Considered by the Court, that the said Solomon Younce for the default aforesaid do forfeit and pay the State of Tennessee the sum of two hundred and fifty dollars according to the term of effect of his reconizance entered into in this Court at the last term thereof unless he shows good cause to the County and that Scia Facias issue against him to appear at the next term of this Court and show cause if any he has why this Judgement should not be made final.

Eggers having been solemy called to come into Court & bring with him the body of Solomon Younce to answer said charge comes not but makes default, It is therefore considered by the Court that the said J.S. Eggers for the default aforesaid do forgeit and pay to the State of Tennessee the Sum of two hundred and fifty dollars according to the term & effect of his reconizance entered into at the last term of this Court unless he show good cause to the County and that Scia Facias issue against him to appear at the next term of this Court and show cause if any he has why this Judgement should not be made final.
