The woman is Francis "Frankie" Wilson Osborne. She was about 80 in this picture. She was a daughter of Isaac "Little Ike" and Caroline Greer Wilson. It was taken in Damascus Va, in the 1930's.
The man is George W. Osborne. He was born in 1846.
