 Major Robert H.M. and Eliza J. Allen Donnelly
Major Robert Henry McMullin Donnelly b. 2 January 1835 d. 3 March 1927 and Eliza J. Allen Donnelly b. 1840. Major Donnelly was a son of William (1792-1842) and Sarah McQueen Donnelly (1801-1876). Eliza J. Allen Donnelly was a daughter of Wesley Allen and Caroline E. Donnelly (1820-1895). Caroline E. Donnelly Allen's parents were Richard Donnelly (1790-1870) and Rebecca Doran. Major Donnelly served with the 13th Tennessee Cavalry, USA during the Civil War. Both Major and Mrs. Donnelly were born in Johnson Co., TN and married there 5 April 1860. After the Civil War they moved to Greene Co., TN where they remained the rest of their lives. They were the parents of:
